- General donations
Donation receipts, where applicable, may be issued digitally through the website, email, or donor account.
Product Orders
For physical product orders, we aim to process orders within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been placed. Where tracking is available, you may receive tracking details after the order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping
